Terms and Conditions

Purchases of goods and/or services from Sweet Endings ABN 35 794 149 762 via this website, indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.

Sweet Endings is the service provider. It is also referred to as "Sweet Endings ", "us" and "we".

The entity (person or organisation) who purchases or seeks goods or services from Sweet Endings is also referred to as “the customer” or "you".

 Sweet Endings reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Sweet Endings (sweetendings.com.au) was created in New South Wales, Australia. All business transactions are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of New South Wales.

Placing orders
  • Orders can only be placed by persons over the age of 18 with capacity to contact.
  • Orders can only be placed via our website (sweetendings.com.au)
  • All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Sweet Endings.
  • Sweet Endings endeavours to have all orders dispatched within the following timeframes:

                      i.              5 business days for Kids’ Lolly Bags, Adult Packages and Everyday Treats.

                       ii.           15 working days should any of the above have personalised stickers, ribbons                          and/or tags.

                      iii.            5 weeks for all Baby Occasions and Weddings collection items.

  • If for any reason, there is a delay of supply of a product that we need to make your package and we do not believe it can be supplied within the above time frames, we will contact you via email to advise of this delay.  You may choose to accept the delay, select a different product or cancel your order.
  • For any urgent orders contact us prior to ordering so that we can advise if we have enough stock available.

Cancellations
  • Once orders are confirmed they may not be cancelled, however in deemed circumstances the customer may be eligible for a refund or exchange.  Please refer to the Refund and Returns Policy for more information.

Payment
  • Sweet Endings is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received in full.  In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Sweet Endings may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.
  • For on-line orders, accepted payments include credit cards (Amex, Visa and Master card), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. All forms of payment are shown in the Footer of our website.
  • There is no additional charge for any form of payments.

Shipping
  • We do not ship overseas. Only Australian addresses are accepted.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • We can ship to third party addresses (e.g reception halls).
  • Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
  • Sweet Endings will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delays or lost shipments that occurred after we shipped the package.
  • Freight is not included in prices. We use Couriers Please and there is a flat shipping fee of $14.99 (incl GST) for parcels under 5kg to anywhere in Australia.
  •  Should your parcel weigh more than 5kg there will be additional freight charges. Any additional freight charges will be calculated once order is packed. If there are additional freight charges that need to be attributed to your order, we will notify you.
  • Lolly buffets and packages containing pinatas are charged at $19.99 due to their weight and size.
  • Goods will only be dispatched after freight charges are paid where upon customers are notified their consignment number.
  • Allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Disclaimer
  • Information and descriptions shown on our website are believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of publishing. Misprints, human errors, and omissions do occasionally occur. Sweet Endings reserves the right to make changes and corrections in prices, products, and specifications without notice.
  • Due to changing market forces that affect product availability and prices Sweet Endings reserves the right to withdraw any product we and/or change prices without notice.
  • Images displayed on our web site should be regarded as illustrative only.

·      Every effort has been made to ensure that colours are shown accurately. Due to different monitors and equipment some variations in colour may appear. Sweet Endings endeavours to display all goods as close as possible to the actual item. We do not take responsibility if you have made the wrong choice based on our pictures and descriptions.
