When will I get my order?

Kids' Party Bags, Packages for grown ups and Lunchtime Treats usually take 5 business days to be prepared. If you have opted for personalised stickers/tags or ribbons allow 15 working days. Please order other packages at least six weeks before your event to make sure we have the correct stock available and to allow for any customisations. We aim for you to receive them around one week before your event. You will be contacted a soon as possible should there be any issues with the above timeframes. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Due to the nature of our products we do not ship outside of Australia.

Will the confectionery be fresh?

Yes. The packages are made to order. We do not have pre-made packages sitting on shelves and as such we constantly order fresh confectionery.

How do I care for the packages before I give them out?

Once you receive your packages please keep them in a cool, dark, dry place until they are ready to be enjoyed. There is no need to refrigerate.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds only if there has been a mistakes with your order and there is no time to rectify it before your event. If possible we will rectify the mistake as soon as possible at no cost.

The original order needs to be returned to us at the customers' cost.

We cannot guarantee the condition of the order after it has been in transit. It leaves us in perfect condition and is very carefully packed. On very hot days we may stop shipping or offer Styrofoam boxes and/or ice bricks.
